Our current CEO is moving on to new career challenges after 8 years of excellent and committed service. She leaves the Trust operationally and financially secure and poised for a new phase of growth and development, as we plan our strategy for the next 10 years ahead.
Hollybank Trust supports some of the most disabled and vulnerable people in society and our mission is to provide them with the best possible quality of life. However this is increasingly difficult to sustain from the fees paid by health and social care commissioners which form most of our income. We are looking for a dynamic leader who will have the commercial acumen to develop the Trust’s operations in ways that will ensure its long-term survival and success. This includes raising the profile of Hollybank at national level.
We are therefore open to applications from candidates from outside the sector and also to candidates who are not currently operating at CEO level but who have the skills we are looking for. Candidates from outside the sector must have the skills and experience to operate in this highly regulated public service environment. All candidates must share our values of mutual respect, kindness, transparency and professionalism. They must also share a passionate commitment towards the children, young people and adults we support across our education, enrichment and care services.
